Kim was excellent, got me outta trouble. I took my teenage daughter to a Great clips and was getting yelled at in stereo from my wife and my daughter. Called Hairshapers, Kim said she was closed but said we could come in anyway. My daughter left with a smile and still smiling wife's got an appointment next. Thanks Kim!
Danielle Kane was nice. Came in for a hair consultation to look into vivid. I mentioned that Pulp Riot worked best in my hair and that my hair may need to be processed before adding colors. She stated it was fine and said they used Joico products. And it was semi-permanent, I mentioned permanent would be better, but used the other product. It only lasted not even two weeks, and store color has lasted longer in my hair. I reached out through Venmo only asking half of the $80. She did return half, but saying about losing money. But then blocked me on all social media. I was going to thank her for her time, and thanks for the partial refund. Tried to send that same comment through Venmo and that's how I knew that I was blocked. Tried to reach out to page and same. That is why they're getting this review, because of the unprofessionalism.
Danielle is very friendly . Does my hair every few weeks!!
Great hair color! Friendly service! Promptly returned my call after I left a message. Reasonably priced
